We're proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order within the US and Internationally.

Our Shipping Methods:

In stock items will be processed, packaged and shipped within one business day. All orders will be shipped and delivered for free via one of the following carriers and methods. All items are fully insured when shipped.

FREE USPS Priority Mail® - APO / FPO Shipments
FREE FedEx International Priority® - All international shipments

Need items faster?

In the event that you need your order to arrive faster than what we have indicated please let us know. Many items can be expedited with a rush order free of charge. Contact Customer Service at 800-839-6207 to find out if your order can be expedited.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

For orders over $1,000 a signature will be required for delivery. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery. Call Customer Service 800-839-6207 and we will arrange this for you. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location call Customer Service at 800-839-6207.

Diamonds

Select any one of our diamonds and it will be mounted free of charge into the setting of your choice. If you would like to use your own diamond, purchase our setting and we will email you instructions for shipping your stone to us. We will also set your diamond free of charge.

Return Policy

Our return policy varies by designer, please read below:

  • Diamonds: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Pearl Jewelry: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Atelier Marisa: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Borgioni: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Danhov: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Daphna Simon: Returns not excepted on Signature Grizzly, Signature Wolf, or Signature Leopard Ring. Returns accepted on all other items within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Jude Frances: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Jude Frances Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands: Returns not accepted.
  • Zasha: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • KC Designs: Returns accepted within 1 week of order receipt.
  • Beverley K: Returns not accepted.
  • Sholdt: Returns not accepted. Prime Jeweler offers a free onetime resizing on Sholdt rings.
  • All other designers: Returns not accepted

To return your diamond or jewelry:

  1. Call 1-800-839-6207 or email service@primejeweler.com. You will be given a return authorization code and mailing instructions for returning your package.
  2. Package your return. Include all of the original packaging. Include the diamond certificate if one was sent to you.
  3. Insure your package. On your invoice if the price of the package you are returning is:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached PrimeJeweler. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
    • More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. Please contact us to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
  4. Email us. Please email us the tracking number for your return.
  5. Refunds. All refunds will be processed within 2 days of reciept and done in the form of the original purchase method.
Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and Bank Wires. Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. Some credit cards may institute a daily charge limit on your card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set by your credit card we will notify you and ask you to contact your credit card company and request a one-time waiver of the daily limit amount. If you select bank wire as your method of payment, we will provide the necessary account information to successfully transfer funds from your account into a Prime Jeweler account. Please contact our customer service department at 800-839-6207 if you have any additional questions.

Sales Tax

PrimeJeweler.com only collects sales tax on orders that are shipped to New York.

Gift Packaging

Your jewelry will be delivered in distinctive packaging. It's elegant enough to skip the wrapping paper, and we will enclose a free gift card if you like.

Retail Store

PrimeJeweler.com does not operate retail locations. This allows us to cut overhead costs and focus exclusively on quality and service, providing you with a high quality product at a very good value.
