Shipping Policy: We provide Free FedEx 2 Day Shipping within the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. For in stock items, please expect to recieve your order in 2-3 business days. For non-stock items please expect to recieve your order in 3-4 weeks. All orders are shipped via FedEx 2 Day and are fully insured. Orders over $1,000 will require a signature for delivery through FedEx. We ship packages domestically as well as internationally.

We will repair or replace any pieces that have a defect in the merchandise.
Payment Policy: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and paypal. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. For non-stock items you will be charged a 1/2 non-refundable deposit when your order is confirmed.

Sales Tax: We only collect sales tax on items shipped to New York state. New York deliveries are charged 8% sales tax which is calculated at checkout.
Special Orders: Do you need a necklace made longer? Are you looking for an item that you don't see on our site? Please let us know. On Beverley K Jewelry, diamond center-stones can be subsitituted for Blue Sapphires, Yellow Sapphires, Pink Sapphires, Rubies, Yellow Diamonds, Aquamarine, Tsavorite (Green Garnet) and Blue Topaz.
Diamonds: Do you need a diamond center stone for one of our rings? We sell red box diamonds by Stuller. These diamonds offer superior cut and brilliance. They are Ideal cut diamonds and come with an GIA grading report. We also have inventory available of high quality lose diamonds. Please let us know the type of diamond you are looking for and we will be happy to help.
